Immigration and Customs Form FAQS

How do I access the online Immigration and Customs Form?

The online Immigration and Customs Form is available at: travelform.gov.bb 

How long in advance will I be able to complete the online Immigration and Customs Form before travelling?
Anytime within seventy (72) hours prior to travel. Travelers are strongly urged to submit the form no later than 24 hours prior to travel to Barbados
Who needs to fill out the online Immigration and Customs Form?
All Incoming passengers must complete the online Immigration and Customs Form. Departing passengers from Barbados are not required to complete the form. 
Do I need to travel with a Nasopharyngeal or Oropharyngeal COVID-PCR Test result?
All travellers are required to present proof of a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test which was taken at a an accredited or recognized laboratory within 3 days prior to arrival. Please take special note that the date of the test and not the date of the result is what will be assessed against the 3 day time frame.
Do all members of the travel party have to complete a separate online Immigration and Customs Form?
Yes all members of the travel party (groups of persons travelling together) will have to complete the form.
Do I need to complete a separate online Immigration and Customs Form for my spouse or child who is a minor?
Complete a separate Immigration form for spouse and children under the age of 18 years. Complete one (1) joint Customs form for spouse and children under the age of 18 years.
Where does the information inputted into the online Immigration and Customs Form go?
It is stored in the Barbados Immigration and Customs secure databases
Will a passenger be required to answer additional questions after completing the online Immigration and Customs Form?
Additional passenger screening will be done at the discretion of the Immigration or Customs Officers
What will I receive after completing the online Immigration and Customs Form?
Two (2) receipts will be emailed to you – One (1) for Immigration and One (1) for Customs
What should I do with the two (2) receipts that are generated after I complete the online Immigration and Customs Form?
Save on your mobile device or print the two receipts. Present to Barbados Immigration and Customs Officers
Where do passengers who have completed the online Immigration and Customs Form go upon arrival?
Upon arrival in Barbados, you will receive specific instructions on how to transit through the airport in-keeping with Barbados COVID-19 Travel Protocols

When should I take my first Nasopharyngeal or Oropharyngeal COVID-19 PCR test prior to travel in Barbados?

You are no longer required to take Nasopharyngeal or Oropharyngeal COVID-19 PCR test prior to travel and or when you arrive in Barbados.
