Contact a Specific Intimate Hotels of Barbados Property
To contact a specific property, select "Choose a Hotel" from the home page. Search for the property you wish to contact and access the hotel's main description page, where you can find its address and telephone number.

To e-mail a property directly, follow the instructions above to locate a property's main page. Then select "Contact this Hotel" from the sidebar. A form will be launched for you to fill in. Your comments will be automatically e-mailed directly to the property.

Signing Up for E-mail Subscriptions
To sign up for an Intimate Hotels of Barbados e-mail subscription, select E-mail Newsletter at the bottom of the screen.

Change E-mail Address for Subscriptions 
To change the address for your e-mail subscriptions, select E-mail Newsletter at the bottom of the screen .

From the Email Newsletter page. Enter the new e-mail address; then select "Save Changes." The system will acknowledge your changes with a confirmation message.
 

Check Rates 

You can find rooms that match your requirements without committing to a reservation, by using the Search Hotel tool, green box located on the left of the page. From the top navigation bar, select "Hotels".

Use the Quick Search tool to Search by Location, Property Type (hotel, apartment, guesthouse) or by Facility (A/C, Pool, TV). Select the Advanced Search/Holiday Themes link for a more specific search. If you would rather Browse all of the Hotels, click on the Browse Hotels link in the Search box.

Rates are listed on the property details page, which you access by clicking Website on the search results page or by clicking on the property name if you Browse Hotels.

Reserve a Room 
You can book reservations for Hotels & Apartments using any of our booking methods:

Online: To reserve a room online. Enter your search criteria to locate an available guest room at an Intimate Hotels of Barbados hotel or apartment. After locating a room that meets your needs, select the room type and rate to launch the "Confirm Reservation" page. Check the information in the first four sections to ensure the reservation reflects the correct property, dates, room information, and rate.

Complete the final information section by entering your name, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. A credit card number is required to pre-pay your online booking. You can use MasterCard or Visa.

For persons without credit cards, contact Intimate Hotels to arrange pre-payment using money order, wire transfer, MoneyGram or Western Union.

After all fields are complete, check the box to confirm that you have read and understand the booking requirements. Then select the Confirm Reservation button.

Reservation Confirmation
When you complete the reservation process, you'll be given a confirmation number. Make note of the confirmation number, as you will need it for future references to the transaction. A copy of the reservation details will be automatically sent to the email address that was entered when making the reservation.

A confirmation email will be sent when the room availabilty is confirmed and the credit card validated by the hotel.

View an Existing Reservation
To view an existing reservation, select "Hotels" from the top navigation bar then select "View Reservations" from the sidebar, under Trip Tools. You must enter your email address and the confirmation number associated with the transaction in order to view it.

Cancel or Change a Reservation
Reservations can be cancelled by going to the Cancel Reservations link in the Trip Tools or by contacting the IHB.
Changes to reservations can be made via email or telephone (246-436-2053)


Room Occupancy Rates
When you are checking for rates or booking a reservation, and you select the number of adults and number of children for your room from the drop-down menus, please be aware of room occupancy limits. The maximum number of adults per room varies by property. In some cases, extra charges may apply for exceeding the maximum number of room occupants.

Please check with Intimate Hotels of Barbados before booking your reservation if you have more than four adults, to confirm the property's room occupancy policy.
